How To Solve The Most Common Problems In Soil?
Oct 12, 2017

The level of crop production depends largely on soil fertility. The most common soil problems and solutions are as follows:

  1. Soil compaction

The application of nitrogen fertilizer but not the phosphate fertilizer and potash fertilizer can cause the soil pellet structure to be destroyed, the organic matter is insufficient and the soil is compacted.

To solve the soil compaction, it is necessary to increase the amount of organic fertilizer, reduce the use of chemical fertilizers, and apply soil conditioner more.

  2. Soil salinization

The insufficient application of organic fertilizer and the long-term application of chemical fertilizers will result in the increase of salt particles in the soil and hinder the normal water uptake of roots, thus affecting the growth of plants.

Adding organic fertilizer and applying humic acid fertilizer can improve saline-alkali soil, thus improving soil salinization.

  3. Imbalance of soil flora

The biological bacteria in soil can be divided into beneficial bacteria and harmful bacteria, too large amount of chemical fertilizer and pesticide, which will destroy the soil pellet structure and increase the number of harmful bacteria, which leads to many diseases.

To solve this problem, we need to apply microbial agent and biological organic fertilizer more.

  4. Soil acidification

Excessive use of chemical nitrogen and physiological acidic fertilizers can lead to increased acidity in the soil, leading to soil acidification.

To solve the soil acidification, we should apply fertilizer scientifically, increase the application of organic fertilizer and bio-organic fertilizer, and apply the microelement fertilizer.
